RECEIVING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
Purpose: To provide controls for the receiving of supplies and equipment.
Policy: Whenever physically possible, all supplies and equipment purchased in the name of the
District shall be cleared through the central office. Whenever this procedure is impossible and/or
impractical, the central office shall be notified by the school personnel receiving such equipment,
supplies, and services that such has been delivered.
