PRESIDENT
Purpose: To outline the duties of the Board President.
Policy: The President of the Board shall preside at all Board meetings; sign warrants, drafts, and all orders drawn upon the Treasurer as provided by law; sign all contracts made by the Board; and appear in behalf of the Corporation in all actions brought by or against it, unless individually a party, in which case this duty shall be performed by the Vice-President. The President shall assist the Superintendent in preparation of the meeting agenda.
Athletic contest contracts and official contracts may be authorized by the use of a signature stamp containing the signature of the board president.
