ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
Purpose: To provide guidelines for the annual organizational meeting of the Board.
Policy: During an election year, the Board shall meet and organize at the first regular meeting after the canvass for the regular election. The first order of business shall be to swear into office any newly elected Board Directors. The Board shall then elect from its membership a President and a Vice-President.
During a non-election year, the organizational meeting will take place on the second September meeting of the month.
