ALTERNATIVE GRADUATION CREDITS
Purpose: To facilitate and provide guidelines for the achievement of District graduation
requirements through alternative sources of education.
Policy: The high school may accept credit earned by a student through correspondence study,
on-line study, extension study, alternate high school, study at an approved college, and distance
learning toward satisfying the requirements for graduation.
Students seeking to meet District graduation requirements under this section shall have advance
approval of their proposed program by the Principal.
