Special Meeting

November 19, 2010

The Anamosa Board of Education met in special session on November 19, 2010, at 4:12 P.M.,

in the high school library with President Tiedt presiding. Members present: Sellnau, McKean,

Kilburg and Riniker. Directors Crump and Darrow were absent.

Motion by Riniker, seconded by Sellnau to adopt the agenda, as printed. Motion carried 5-0.

Motion by Riniker, seconded by Sellnau to approve a resolution directing the sale of $3,800,000

taxable school infrastructure sales, services and use tax revenue bonds(qualified school

construction bonds), Series 2010, as presented. Motion carried 5-0.

Security State Bank, Anamosa $1,500,000

Community State Bank, Tipton $1,300,000

Citizens Savings Bank, Anamosa $1,000,000

Motion by Riniker, seconded by Kilburg to adjourn at 4:19 P.M. Motion carried 5-0.
